Regal Hardwoods is pleased to announce the launch of a new payment system designed to make transactions faster, easier, and more secure for its customers. The company has partnered with Helcim to offer a modern payment platform that accepts both ACH bank transfers and credit card payments.

This new system gives customers greater flexibility and convenience when making payments. Customers can choose to pay quickly as a guest or create a secure account to access their own personal payment portal.

Within the customer portal, users can:

  • View their order and invoice history

  • Pay outstanding invoices

  • Update their contact details, billing address, and shipping addresses

  • Add new credit cards or delete existing saved cards

  • Add new bank accounts (bank accounts can be added but not deleted once saved)

Helcim will apply a 3% processing charge to all credit card transactions. Customers may avoid this fee by choosing ACH bank transfers through Helcim.

The introduction of the Helcim payment platform reflects Regal Hardwoods’ continued commitment to improving customer service and streamlining everyday business operations.
